These terms set out the rules for holding a Lotusbook account, funding it, placing bets, and getting paid — please read them before you play.
Last updated: August 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Lotusbook. By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing a bet on lotussbooks.com or our app, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to be bound by them, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming commitments. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to open an account and play. You must also be accessing Lotusbook from a location where doing so is lawful. Gaming laws in India vary from state to state, and some states restrict or prohibit online gaming. It is your responsibility to know and follow the rules that apply where you live; by using Lotusbook you confirm that you are legally permitted to do so. We may refuse or close accounts from restricted locations and reverse any bets placed in breach of local law.
Each person may hold one account only. You must register with accurate, current details and complete our KYC identity checks before your account is fully active. Your login is personal to you — keep your password and one-time codes private, and never let anyone else use your account. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your login. Tell us immediately at support@lotussbooks.com if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission. We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information, hold duplicate registrations, or are used by someone other than the verified owner.
All deposits and withdrawals are made in Indian rupees (₹). You can add funds through UPI, IMPS and NEFT using a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals are paid only to a bank account or UPI ID that has been verified as yours, and we require KYC to be complete before we release any payout — this protects you and helps us meet anti-money-laundering rules. Most withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed quickly, though timing can depend on your bank, verification checks, and daily processing windows. We may apply reasonable minimum and maximum limits, and we may hold or decline a transaction that fails our security or compliance checks.
We only pay winnings to an account that matches your verified identity. Make sure your KYC is complete and your UPI ID or bank details are registered in your own name before you request a withdrawal. Payments to third-party accounts are not permitted and will be declined.
From time to time we offer bonuses, free bets and promotions. Each one is governed by its own specific terms — such as qualifying deposits, wagering requirements, eligible markets, and expiry dates — which are published with the offer. Bonuses are intended for genuine players. We may withdraw a bonus, void related bets, or recover bonus funds where we find evidence of abuse, such as using multiple accounts, collusion, or wagering patterns designed only to unlock a promotion rather than to play in good faith.
Lotusbook must stay fair for everyone. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may lead to voided bets, frozen funds, account closure, and reports to the authorities:
Markets are settled using official results from the recognised governing body or scoring source for each event. Once a result is confirmed, winnings are credited to your account. If a match is abandoned, postponed beyond a reasonable period, or declared void under the rules of the competition, affected bets are voided and stakes returned, except for bets whose outcome was already unconditionally decided. Where an obvious pricing or entry error occurs — for example a clearly incorrect price caused by a technical fault — we reserve the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. Our settlement decisions are made in good faith and based on the best available official information.
Betting should stay fun and affordable. We provide tools such as deposit limits and self-exclusion to help you stay in control, and we encourage you to use them. If your play is starting to feel like a problem, please take a break and reach out for support. You can learn more on our Responsible Gaming page. Never bet with money you cannot afford to lose.
We work hard to keep Lotusbook available and accurate, but we provide the platform on an "as is" basis and cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control, from interruptions to internet or payment services, or from your own failure to keep your account secure. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The Lotusbook name, logo, site design, text, graphics and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may use them only as part of normally using the platform. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute connected with them or with your use of Lotusbook is subject to the jurisdiction of the Indian courts. If you have a concern, please contact our support team first — we aim to resolve most issues quickly and fairly before any formal step is needed.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service, the law, or how the platform operates. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where a change is significant, let you know through the platform or by email. Continuing to use Lotusbook after an update means you accept the revised terms.
If you have a question about these terms, our support team is available in Hindi and English. Email support@lotussbooks.com or visit our contact page and we will be glad to help.
Yes. We verify your identity through KYC before releasing any payout, and we pay only to a UPI ID or bank account registered in your own name. Completing KYC early means your first withdrawal goes through without delay.
No. Each person is allowed a single account. Holding or operating multiple accounts breaches these terms and can lead to voided bets, frozen funds and account closure.
If a match is abandoned or declared void under the competition rules, affected bets are voided and your stakes returned, unless the outcome of a bet was already unconditionally decided before play stopped.
